Since 2007, Beauty for Ashes – Aftercare Program has been a leader in delivering services that help women to overcome barriers to success and become self-sufficient.

Volunteer Opportunity Re-entry Mentor:
(For: San Bernardino, Riverside, and Los Angeles County)
Working closely with case managers, mentors are matched one on one or in teams (two or more individuals working together with one returning offender) with female ex-offenders.
Mentors work with offenders to achieve success in the community by focusing on one or more of the following areas:
· Employment - Assisting with resume writing, application completion, practicing interview skills, discussing job ethics, communicating with co-workers and employers;
· Mentors should agree to at least a three-month commitment, providing guidance and support in the community.
We are located in the R.C. Family Resource Center at 9791 Arrow Route, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730, specializing in services to:
· Women ex-offenders,
· Women parolees and probationers
· Women substance abusers
· Women with special needs
We are looking for women of distinction who have overcome barriers and have a willingness to help parolees, probationers, substance abusers and women in crisis overcome their barriers to success and become self-sufficient. There are several ways to get involved:
· Re-entry Mentor
· Adopt a family or individual
· Sponsorship and Support
· Provide employment opportunities
